Whiskey Glazed Tenderloin
 USDA choice beef tenderloin, char-broiled and finished with our Bourbon laced glace. $19.95

Walleye Pike
 Cold water Canadian walleye pike, pan fried, and garnished with a bacon, mushroom and scallion confetti. $15.95

Yellow fin Tuna
 Black pepper dusted and char-broiled Yellow fin tuna, accented with our chive oil. $17.95

Norwegian Salmon
 Norwegian Salmon fillet seasoned with a blend of fresh herbs (Rosemary, Thyme, Sage) and black pepper corns,
charbroiled and served with a balsamic syrup accent.  $17.95

Stuffed Grilled Pork Chop
 A double thick boneless pork chop stuffed with corn bread, dried cherries, walnuts, and fresh sage, served with sauce bechamela. $14.95
